Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then typically arrive within 5–12 business days (US) or 7–15 business days (Canada). You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown clearly before you pay.

We currently ship across the United States and Canada.

Every order ships fully tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your ship confirmation, email nexuraeofficial@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email nexuraeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll send simple return instructions.

Email nexuraeofficial@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — in most cases without needing a return.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to stop it before it enters fulfilment. Once it ships, our 30-day return policy applies instead.
