3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We try to display products, colours, and details accurately but can't guarantee your screen shows them perfectly. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse/cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm your information is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. A confirmation email acknowledges your order but is not acceptance until the order ships.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; we'll always help resolve lost or stuck shipments.
