Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nexurae. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start, email nexuraeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll reply with return instructions (including where to send it). The item should be unused and in its original packaging where possible, with proof of purchase.

Change-of-Mind Returns & Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, email us first and we'll send instructions case by case. Because of how our products ship, we can often resolve it without you sending anything back. Where a return is required, the customer covers return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives broken, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email nexuraeofficial@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — in most cases without needing a return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.

Items That Can't Be Returned
Final Sale items, gift cards, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery or returned used/damaged by the customer.

Cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to stop it before it enters fulfilment. After it ships, the 30-day return policy applies instead.
